Ham and Cheese Croissants

Serves: 2 

Cooking time: 10 minutes 

Preparation time: 5 minutes 



  • 2 La Boulangère Selection All Butter Croissants 
  • 2 slices of cheddar 
  • 4 thick slices of ham 
  • 4tbsp of grated cheddar 
  • 25g of melted butter 
  • Sprinkle of poppy seeds 



  1. Pre-heat the oven to 190C fan; 
  2. Slice the croissants in half lengthways. Place one slice of cheddar on the base of the croissants, followed by two slices of ham, followed by 2tbsp of grated cheddar. Close it with the top half of the croissant; 
  3. Place the croissants on a baking tray; 
  4. In a small sauce pan, melt the butter over a low heat and when it’s ready, brush the top of the croissants with some melted butter; 
  5. Sprinkle with poppy seeds each croissant and place in the oven for 6 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted; 
  6. Serve immediately.
