LA BOULANGERE SELECTION INSTAGRAM PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. The Promoter of this competition is Norac Foods UK Ltd (t/a “La Boulangère Selection”), 144 Liverpool Rd, Islington, London N1 1LA (the “Promoter”).

How to enter

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. The laws and regulations of England and Wales will apply to this giveaway.
  3. Entry is open to legal residents of Great Britain who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of his or her entry. Employees (and their immediate families) and agents or suppliers of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  4. Entrants must have an Instagram account.
  5. The Promotion commences from the moment that La Boulangère Selection announce the giveaway on Instagram, which will run from Thursday 29th February 2024 and close on Tuesday 8th March at midnight (“Promotional Period”).

How to Participate

  1. To be eligible to enter individuals must, during the Promotional Period follow @laboulangereselection on Instagram, like the Mother’s Day giveaway post and tag 1 friend in the comment section.

Limitations

  1. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Entry at any time in the event it is determined that the Entry is offensive or inappropriate, or if it is determined that the Contestant has not otherwise complied with these Official Rules. Each Entry must be in a format compatible with Instagram and must be made in accordance with Instagram’s own terms and conditions.
  2. The competition will be decided by an independent adjudicator, and that choice will take place on Wednesday 9th March 2024. Winners will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram within 28 days of the Closing Date. The Promoter reserves the right to revoke the prize if not accepted by the winner within fourteen (14) days in which case the draw will be run again in the same manner.
  3. One (1) winner will be selected from their eligible Instagram posts dedicated to the giveaway.

The Prize

  1.   1. The prize will be provided to the winner at the address that they have provided within fourteen (14) days after acceptance by the prize winner. It is not transferable or exchangeable.
  2. The winner may be featured on the Promoter’s Instagram page and/or Facebook page. Acceptance of the prize will constitute permission for the Promoter to use the name and social handles of the winner without any further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  3. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer rights as described within the Consumer Rights Act, as well as any other consumer protection laws in the UK (“Non-Excludable Consumer Rights”).
  5. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Consumer Rights, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this Promotion, including but not limited to: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
  6. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook. Instagram bears no liability with regards to those taking part in this giveaway and the Promoter indemnifies Instagram against any loss or claim made as a result of this Promotion.  All of the relevant terms and conditions of Instagram apply to any and all Entries.
