Pastrami Brioche Baguette

Method:

Servers: 4 

Preparation time: 15 minutes 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 La Boulangere Long Life Plain Brioche Baguettes 
  • 100g of fresh salad 
  • 12 slices of pastrami 
  • 200g of brie cheese 

Ingredients for the mayo-mustard sauce: 

  • 2tbsp of dijon mustard 
  • 3tbsp of mayonnaise 
  • 1tbsp of honey 
  • Chilly flakes sprinkles 

 

Preparation: 

  1. For the sauce, whisk mustard with mayonnaise, honey and chilly flakes in a small bowl; 
  2. Wash and dry fresh salad; 
  3. Let the brie cheese reach room temperature and cut small wedges, about 1/3 inch thick; 
  4. Halve the plain brioche baguette, spread with a layer of the mayo-mustard sauce, top the lower half of the baguette with the pastrami, brie cheese slices, then place the salad over and place the top half of the baguette on top; 
  5. Repeat the same preparation for the rest of the baguettes.
